Effective 31 August 2026 | Version 1.0
GUIDE is a digital matchmaking service. GUIDE's core service is to learn about a user's preferences, needs and characteristics, create their compatibility profile and analyse compatibility between users in order to present selected potential matches. GUIDE does not provide access to its full database and is not a swipe-based solution.
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the GUIDE application is GUIDE PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (GUIDE P.S.A.), with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Przeworska 6, 04-382 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001182860, NIP 1133173303 and REGON 542202801 (referred to as “GUIDE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
For privacy-related matters, you can contact us at privacy@guide-dating.com. Requests relating to your account and messages to our user support team may also be sent to support@guide-dating.com.
This Policy applies to the GUIDE mobile application, GUIDE accounts and guide-dating.com. It explains what personal data we process, why and on what legal basis we process it, to whom we disclose it, how long we retain it and what rights users have.
Providing the data required during registration and the information necessary to create a compatibility profile is a condition of using the relevant GUIDE features. Without this data, we will not be able to create an account or provide the matchmaking service. Data and features marked as optional, including marketing, Sentry diagnostics and automated biometric verification, are not required to create an account.
We cannot provide you with the matchmaking service or present appropriately selected potential matches unless you provide certain information about yourself, your needs and preferences, and the characteristics of the people you are looking for. This includes, among other things, basic profile information, relationship goals, preferences, green flags, dealbreakers and information provided during conversations with the AI assistant.
Using GUIDE also involves creating and collecting certain information in connection with the operation of the service. This may include data about your use of the application, technical information, compatibility and match results, verification status, and summaries, insights and other information created using AI on the basis of content and responses you provide through GUIDE.
We also receive some data from other organisations. This includes, for example, information provided by Apple or Google when you sign in or use their services, subscription data received from RevenueCat, the results of operations performed by our technical service providers, and information arising from interactions with or reports submitted by other GUIDE users.
The scope of personal data we process depends on how you use GUIDE, which features you use and which consents you have granted. Further information about each category of personal data is set out in the tables below.

This information may affect whether a person is presented as a potential match, the compatibility result and its explanation. The subscription plan may affect the order or frequency with which potential matches are presented.
Automated systems may also flag accounts, content or interactions for review for safety reasons. An automated flag does not itself result in an account being blocked, suspended or permanently restricted.

Where a change requires new consent or confirmation, we will request it before the new processing begins. The current version number and effective date appear at the beginning of this document.
